So glad to be back at Horizon for another season of Yoga.
So great to see everyone again!
Not so great, in a fall worthy of a cartoon character:
*fell backwards, windmilling arms
*pivot to just sit back down on my butt,
*almost landed it,
*slipped on the papers in my attendance book, cracked my head on the cinder block wall!
It was very loud! I think I scared everyone! Over 2hr now, and not even headache so far, I think I'm fine.
