Recently, our Sherwood Park team visited House Of Lagree to experience a Lagree fitness class firsthand. 💪
Lagree training uses slow, controlled movements to challenge strength, endurance, balance, and stability while remaining low-impact on the joints. It’s a powerful full-body workout, and it’s easy to see why so many people love it. ❤️
Experiencing the class gave our therapists a deeper understanding of how this style of training can complement sports massage, recovery, and injury prevention.
