JL walked into the clinic saying he wanted to be “more aggressive on defense.”

He didn’t just hit it.

Here’s the lesson most athletes miss:
Your body performs at the level your mind believes it can reach.
When the target is specific, the brain treats it like a mission — not a hope.
📌 Stop saying “I want to play better.”
Start saying “I’m taking 3 steals, scoring 12, locking down #14.”
Precision builds confidence. Confidence builds results.
