Angela welcomes ages 10 and up in her practice. She works with both individuals and couples in both in-person and online sessions. Her therapy style can be described as eclectic as she pulls techniques from several different modalities in order to fit each individual client’s needs. She is person-centered, which provides a teammate approach to counselling goals. She strives to help her clients reach an overall higher potential by encouraging each person to see his/her/their own strengths and abilities.
