Physiotherapy does not always have to be one on one.

Our group physiotherapy programs provide evidence based rehabilitation in a small group clinical setting led by registered physiotherapists and experienced kinesiologists.

These programs are designed for people managing persistent pain, transitioning out of individual physiotherapy, or rebuilding after injury. 💪

Programs include:
• GLAD Hip & Knee
• GLAD Back
• Rotator Cuff Program

Participants complete 12–14 sessions over 6 weeks, with exercises progressed individually while training in a supportive group environment. Each program will also include educational sessions throughout the 6 weeks.

📅 Classes will run Wednesdays and Fridays
📍 Initial physiotherapy assessment required before joining
🗓 Programs expected to begin in April

We are currently starting a waitlist.
