"Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly", just think about it. If you wait until you're good at it to do it, when will you ever start? It's such a simple, but important, statement that has been said many different ways: "Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection", "imperfect action beats perfect inaction". It all gives the same message: start small, start where you are, make mistakes, and keep going. The main point is this: JUST START. It doesn't get easier to start, that part is always scary. Do it now, potentially do it poorly, make mistakes, then learn and do it better.

How often should you get massage? Depends how you feel...and I swear I'm not being snarky 😉 The big thing to keep in mind: when treatment is reactive, your body is defensive; when treatment is proactive and consistent, the body learns to relax and change. You need to learn to listen to those cues and adjust as your body asks you to. It gets easier over time, we're hear to help you and build a treatment plan y ou can feel confident about!
