We offer one-on-one assessments and treatments in private  rooms with extended treatment times (60 and 45 minutes), with access to a full gym & exercise equipment.

We focus on quality, always! We do not have modalities, we strive to focus on client empowerment, education, exercise, and manual therapy / dry needling. 🪡

We have received some questions about stretching in general, or what is mobility or when do I perform these exercises???
