There’s something really special about carving out time in your week to come back to your body.
If you’ve been thinking about adding a little more movement, softness, or strength into your routine—this is your gentle nudge. Our yoga classes are designed to meet you exactly where you’re at, whether you’re brand new or returning to your mat.
We’re so excited to now offer two new beautiful weekly class options to support you through the week:
Stretch & Strengthen
Wednesdays at 5:30pm (60 min)
A balanced, full-body class designed to help you move better and feel stronger in your everyday life.
End of Week Reset
Fridays at 6:30pm (90 min)
An intuitively guided, slow and breath-focused practice, woven with massage principles and the option to receive grounding massage and/or Reiki during savasana.
Both classes are intentionally small, supportive, and rooted in care—so you can truly unwind, reconnect, and leave feeling a little more like yourself.
