Today is World Autism Awareness Day, and we believe awareness is just the beginning.

Real support means seeing each person for who they are, understanding their unique strengths, and building a community that includes everyone.

We are proud to work alongside families raising children and youth on the autism spectrum every day. It is an honour to be part of your journey.

Every family’s story is unique, and every child’s potential is limitless. If you’re looking for a community of support that truly "gets it," we’re here.

Planning a zoo visit but worried about sensory overload? The Edmonton Valley Zoo has partnered with KultureCity to create an inclusive experience for guests with sensory needs.

Staff receive annual sensory training to better support all guests. Headphone zones mark louder areas so you can plan your route accordingly.

Knowing these resources exist can turn an overwhelming outing into an enjoyable family experience.

This works because it acknowledges both the positive and the difficult without toxic positivity. It validates feelings while creating space for needs to be heard.

You can do this at dinner, before bed, or whenever things feel too big. There's no right or wrong answers. Just honest connection.

Sometimes the best support starts with being seen and heard.

Caring for someone with high needs takes a kind of strength that doesn't always get recognized.

To the women in our Kinnections community: you show up every day with patience, skill, and heart. You are advocates, caregivers, and champions for the people you love and serve.

As a women-owned business, we are proud to stand with you. We see you, we value you, and we are grateful for you.

We know you're measuring your child's progress differently than other families do. While others celebrate report cards, you're celebrating the morning they got dressed without a meltdown. And that matters just as much.

You're doing remarkable work with remarkable kids. We see you.
