Ever wonder what a distance reiki session looks like?
Well from your end it’s just you taking 30 minutes out of your day to relax and possibly even nap (many of my clients fall asleep).
But on my end, there’s a lot more going on!
I use your name to connect to you and your energy, and work head to toe to release any negative energies in your body! I also connect with spirit to help guide me to picking crystals and cards for you, as well as a lot of the time they have messages to relay!
