Use your emotions as you GPS system, if you are feeling negative emotions, it is your body and souls way of telling you that you are headed in the wrong direction. Listen to what the emotion it is telling you, where is the emotion coming from? Do you feel it in your body? Once you can identify what is affecting you , you can begin to take steps towards healing. Do you need to take some time for yourself? Is there someone who crosses your boundaries and its affecting you? Is there a trauma you have faced that is holding you back? Whatever the cause of your stress, remember you are the driver and you CAN find emotional freedom because you are always in control!
