It's a blustery winter day outside today and yet we had many wonderful participants taking part in the amazing Adult Program at the Sturgeon Hospital in St. Albert

We extended our valentines into today and created these pretty ornaments and Valentines together in community.

Every time we visit, we create, we laugh and share stories. Lots of participants create these little treasures for their sons, husbands, daughters, wives and grandchildren in mind. Beyond grateful to be a small part in these moments and the ripples created together.

We call Valentines Day...love day...and love day is every day. ♥️
