✨ Recipe Tuesday: Honey Garlic Chicken Noodle Bowl ✨

Ingredients
• 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
• 1 pack rice noodles or spaghetti
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
• Green onions & sesame seeds for topping

Instructions
1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
2. In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, and chili flakes.
3. Sauté chicken in olive oil until cooked through.
4. Pour sauce over chicken and simmer until sticky + glossy.
5. Toss noodles into the pan and coat evenly.
6. Top with green onions and sesame seeds.

Creamy Lemon Chicken Orzo (Stovetop)

Light, comforting, high-protein, and gentle on digestion. Perfect for a weeknight.

Ingredients (4 servings)
• 2 chicken breasts, diced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional if sensitive)
• 1 cup dry orzo
• 2 ½ cups low-sodium chicken broth
• ½ cup lactose-free cream or regular cream
• Juice + zest of ½ lemon
• ½ cup grated parmesan
• 1 cup baby spinach optional (you can omit if you prefer)
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley for garnish



Instructions
1. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken, season with salt & pepper, and cook until lightly golden.
2. Add garlic (optional) and sauté 30 seconds.
3. Stir in orzo and toast for 1 minute.
4. Pour in broth, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Stir in cream, lemon juice, parmesan, and optional spinach.
6. Let it thicken for 2–3 minutes until creamy.
7. Top with lemon zest + parsley.

Creamy Roasted Butternut Squash Soup 🥣

Cozy, creamy & packed with vitamin A, potassium + antioxidants for skin, eyes & immune health. Easy on the gut, ready in 30 min!

You’ll need:
Butternut squash (peeled + cubed)
Olive oil, onion, garlic, ginger
Broth (veg or chicken), cinnamon, nutmeg, salt + pepper
Greek yogurt or coconut milk to finish
Optional protein: shredded chicken or shrimp

How to:
1️⃣ Roast squash @ 425°F for 20 min (till tender).
2️⃣ Sauté onion + garlic + ginger.
3️⃣ Add squash + broth + spices → simmer + blend smooth.
4️⃣ Stir in yogurt/coconut milk + lemon. Top + serve warm.
