If you are a female of childbearing age and suffering from excessive unexplained bloating, gas, upset stomach, diarrhea or constipation, stomach pressure, even shortness of breath, period pain with lower back pain, and heavy menstrual bleeding, consider examining uterus status. A uterine fibroid may be a culprit. Uterine fibroids are non-cancerous outgrowths inside and around the uterus, which ruin women’s daily lives by giving the above-mentioned symptoms. Still, we may be blaming some other conditions we have, such as IBS, lung problems, back and spine issues, and just it is normal for everyone and ignore.
The following practice may help prevent fibroid development in your uterus.
- Physical exercise
- Taking Vit D supplement
- Eating vegetables with bright color
- Eating high-potassium food such as banana
