SHINE Retreats…

One thing I hear all the time is, “I think I’m too old for something like this.”

But look at this. This is what it actually looks like.

Different ages, different bodies, different stories… all showing up together, laughing, connecting, just being themselves.

At our SHINE in México retreat, our ages ranged from 22 to 79. Not one woman was “too old.” Not one.

They were present.
They were open.
They were living.

Surrender. Heal. Integrate. Nurture. Emerge.

That gets to happen at any age.

This isn’t about age. It’s about whether you’re willing to give yourself the experience.

To step out of your routine for a minute.
To feel something again.
To come back to yourself.
You don’t age out of that.
If anything, you grow into it.

Still thinking about our last SHINE in Mexico retreat.

A week of yoga, sound healing, cacao ceremonies, beach days, taco-making with local chefs, boat rides to waterfalls, and so many beautiful conversations in between.

What always amazes me is how quickly strangers become friends… and how much can shift in just one week when you step away from your normal life.

These retreats are really special to hold. I’m so grateful every time.

Parati Sacred Wellness is celebrating our 2nd official year in business, and I’ve been sitting with how to say thank you.

So many beautiful souls have walked through our classes, circles, and retreats — trusting me, showing up for themselves, and becoming part of this community. I didn’t want to mark this moment with something flashy. I wanted it to feel meaningful.

Our Mexico retreat was truly magical, and I expect nothing less in Costa Rica.

This offer will not happen again. I truly wish everyone who’s felt called could experience SHINE in Costa Rica.
