✨ The True Spirit of Christmas ✨

Christmas, for me, is a gentle reminder to slow down, soften our hearts, and come back to what truly matters — family, connection, and love.

This season, my heart is especially full as I soak in the laughter, curiosity, and pure joy of my 7 beautiful grandchildren and my 2 sweet great nieces. Their excitement, their stories, and their little moments of wonder remind me why this season is so sacred. They teach me to see the world with fresh eyes and to be present in the magic of right now.

These are the moments that ground me — the same moments that inspire the work I do through Dragonfly Spirit CreeAtions. Creating spaces where family, community, and generations can gather, heal, and celebrate together is at the heart of everything I offer.

May this Christmas wrap you in warmth, fill your home with laughter, and remind you of the beauty found in togetherness. From my family to yours, sending love, gratitude, and many blessings this holiday season. 🤍🎄

Winter Solstice gratitude post 🤍

Checking in on the event space with everyone — including my three little helpers — filled my heart right from the start. Watching the space come together, then sitting with Kelly as we prepared the thank-you bags for our guests, reminded me how much love goes into every detail of these gatherings.

The salt bowl ceremony was deeply connecting and beautifully engaging. Sharing warm soup, fresh bannock, and a stunning charcuterie board (lovingly prepared by Joanna) nourished our bellies, while community nourished our hearts. 🧡

I cannot forget my wonderful husband loading & unloading the tables and chairs, as well as all my retreat gear 🙏🏻

I am so incredibly blessed to have such a wonderful co-host Kelly and the most open-hearted, engaged souls join us for our Winter Solstice Retreat. These moments of slowing down, reflecting, and being together are exactly what this season calls us into.

🌑 Winter Solstice – A Sacred Turning 🌑

Tomorrow (Sunday) we honour the Winter Solstice, arriving in Spruce Grove at 8:03 AM (Mountain Time) — the longest night and the quiet beginning of Winter as our Medicine Wheel turns.

This sacred day reminds us to slow down, go inward, and honour rest, reflection, and wisdom. From the deepest darkness, the light begins to return.

Guided by the Wolf, the Winter spirit animal, we are reminded of inner strength, intuition, and the power of community — walking together through the quiet season.

✨ May this Solstice bring you peace, grounding, and gentle renewal as we step into Winter.
