You can't control everything when starting solids..

✖️We can't always control how are kids and eat (my daughter still wants ketchup with her hands 🤦🏻‍♀️)

💩Constipation💩

I chatted a lot about this in my potty training workshop today! Staying on top of your child's p**p is a huge factor when potty training.

Early intervention is key if your child is showing signs of constipation!
Remember to monitor
- Changes in stool consistency
- Changes in ease of bowel emptying
- Water intake
- Fiber intake

If you aren't sure where to start when it comes to potty training or if you have started but are running into challenges, I am here to help!
