Happy little sunflower!
It's been a very cool spring and early summer. The sunflowers we planted in May are finally starting to grow.
This one is about 20 cm tall (8 inches)

Keep checking in as we document the growth and (hopefully) win the contest against all the other PPSL sites.

Why the Progress Pride Flag matters

We had the Oiler's flag up for most of June, which was also Pride month, and this was displayed late. This flag shall hang here for July and then find a permanent place to be displayed to show our inclusion and support. We are a safe place.

Everything's coming up sunflowers.
Our talented volunteers have started painting the interior windows with sunflowers to recognize the Sunflower growing contest.
Some of these are from templates and some are freehand.
We have some talented volunteers!

Pics of the plant sunflowers next week once we get some warm weather and they grow a bit.
