we are never actually off call 🥸

preeclampsia is real and dangerous.
sometimes we have to switch plans!
sometimes it’s hard. and not what we want.
but that’s why you have a doula who has your back 🤍

the only body fluid I don’t enjoy is boogers 🤪

and motherhood instantly pushed me past that fear. and being an HCA in a locked ward before before becoming a doula also really helped 🔐

ok so here is our real Sunday rhythm, wake up slow and roll out the door to prepare for the week ahead 😋

so arrive. INSTANT POKÉMON. always.
grab bread.
grab breakfast.
eat while kiddo plays on the park!
