5 YEARS! ✨

Today marks 5 years in practice for me! I truly cannot believe how fast the time has been going. As I reflect on the last 5 years, I am incredibly grateful. Of course there have been some ups & downs—like starting practice right before a global pandemic and all, but I have learned & grown so much.

I am incredibly thankful for all of my patients that I have treated over these past 5 years. I truly love what I do & a large part of that is because of you guys! I am so lucky that I get to be there to witness big & small moments in your lives & help you achieve your health goals! I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for trusting me with yours & your family’s care!

And thank you to my family, friends & coworkers who have been along with me for this wild ride. You all have done so much for me & I don’t know what I would have done without the love & support!

I can’t wait to continue learning, improving, growing, treating my wonderful patients & meeting some new ones!

My fall post-natal rehab class has been announced!!

This is the perfect class to get back into a routine & focus on your fitness after having a baby!

It will run Monday & Wednesday mornings at 10:30am at Sublime Health from September 9th to October 9th!

The next couple months are a little weird with vacations & long weekends so I will only be working one Saturday in August & one in September!

This little girl has been coming to see me since she was first born & now she is 2! This was the first visit where she wanted to “lay on the table like mom”. Usually I spend the visit chasing after her, getting my steps in.

Mom has been bringing her in for wellness checkups throughout her whole life. It’s crazy to watch them go through all the milestones, stages & birthdays! Sometimes it makes me feel old 😰

Here is the exciting announcement!! My postnatal rehab workshop is back for another class 🎉

Here is what you need to know:
👶🏻 this is a 4 week, 8 session, progressive rehabilitation program to help you heal after giving birth
👶🏻 May 1-May 24th
👶🏻 Monday & Wednesday mornings @ 10:30am
👶🏻 the classes will be hosted IN PERSON at Sublime Health (& yes, your babies are invited)
👶🏻 the classes are 1 hour, 2x per week (8 sessions total) & are taught by me
👶🏻 $200 for all 8 session
👶🏻 we focus on pelvic floor, deep core, glutes & postural muscles

There are quite a few new faces around here so I figured I would do a little introduction!

First off, welcome to my page! I am Dr. Alyssa & I am a chiropractor at Sublime Health in St. Albert (right near Edmonton for those that are unfamiliar).

Here are a few things about me:
👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 I am a family chiropractor that loves to treat any & all members of your family
🤰🏻I have taken additional training for pregnancy, pediatric & postnatal care
⚽️ I love to stay active & I play a variety of different sports — soccer & ball hockey being two of them
✈️ I love to travel — airports are one of my favorite places because I know I’m usually going somewhere fun
🤓 I love learning new things & educating people on all things health & wellness
