In today’s world, and the chaos and busy-ness of day to day life, we can sometimes find ourselves in our masculine body and quite disconnected from our feminine. The side of beingness, of nourishing energy, of tender loving care and attention.

During this 2 hr offering, we will be diving deep in what it means to honour the divine feminine, on what daily practices can be instilled into our day, and what types of embodiment practices we can adopt or deepen into to give these parts of us the nourishment it needs.

You will be guided through a meditative yoni gazing practice to connect yourself to the fullness of you and the power you hold within this space.

This container is very intentional and a safe one for all to come into, to connect to the deepest expressions of who we are. To connect us to our bodies' wisdom and what she’s been needing all along.

Please join Anne-Marie Evans, & Alexa Cuadra, for a soul nourishing Cacao & Drum Ceremony along with a Sound Bath & Hammock New &/or Full Moon experience.

The new moon is a great time to utilize the cosmic energy in cultivating and manifesting. It is a great time to get intentional about what it is that you are calling in, into your life and live your sacred dream.

The full moon is a great time to utilize the cosmic energy that is potent in releasing and letting go and what a great way to unwind, release and let go of all that is no longer serving us with this beautiful offering.

With the blessings & medicine of the cacao, a Drum journey to meet Cacao Spirit & those of our Ancestors, we will be setting intention and tapping into the magick that the Moon has available for all of us.

We will then be indulging in the nourishing and healing vibes of Vibrational Sound Therapy with two sets of the 7 chakra crystal singing bowls to bring you back to resonance on a cellular level.

This will be a 2 hr ceremony held in either Sherwood Park or North Edmonton. Exact location will be shared with those joining us.

You will have a choice to eithe attend the New Moon, Full Moon, or both. Working with the moon cycles consistently is a powerful practice that is sure to show incredible results in your life.

Jeanelle is a dancer, performer, instructor, and overall movement enthusiast. Her dance style combines elements of pole, jazz funk, contemporary/modern, heels and floor work to create an overall essence of femininity and sensuality. She’s a pole dance instructor at , a go go & pole dancer for .yeg and while she isn’t currently practicing, Jeanelle is also a trained birth doula. She is a lover of the divine feminine and finds joy in both performing and teaching others to find their inspiration & creativity.

This divine beauty will be guiding us through a divine feminine, sensual pole glow. If you've ever wanted to pole dance and have fun while doing it, while feeling inspired and empowered, you won't want to miss this!

A new monthly offering I've co-created with my daughter in law, or to celebrate & work with the moon circles each month in releasing and letting go of what no longer serves us and calling in something better & more aligned instead.

This month, we celebrate with the Full Moon in Leo & the Cacao Spirit as we take in the medicine of the moon, of cacao & of heart beat of our sacred drums and end the ceremony off with a beautiful sound bath of vibrational sound therapy and medicine.

To make this beautiful ceremony and ritual even more soul nourishing, we bring to you the hammock experience where you can relax even further and truly be held as you journey through an experience like no other.

Hammocks are limited so register early, not to miss out. Yoga mat spots are also available for those that would like to stay grounded.
