There is a lot of talk about the power of the mind and how it can be used to achieve great things. But what about when you need to perform under pressure? Can you train your brain to do better in these situations? ⚾️

In fact, you can train your brain to react better under pressure. When the brain is under pressure, it goes into what is known as a fight or flight response. This is where the brain releases hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol that help to prepare the body for action. The problem is that this response can often lead to mistakes being made when the stress hormones become overwhelming. 😨

The key to managing pressure is mental focus. When the mind is focused, it is less likely to be affected by the hormones that are released in a fight or flight response and give you the confidence to power through. 😀

You can train your brain to focus better with cognitive-perceptual training or brain training exercises. These brain training exercises are scientifically proven to help improve mental performance. πŸ’ͺ
