Things are shifting for me, and my focus is changing too. Prioritizing my health is at the forefront, with changes in diet 🥗, exercise 🏋️‍♀️, and a new career direction 💼. I’m focusing on what makes me healthy, happy, and fulfilled.

For now, I am no longer offering services with HLK Wellness, and we won’t be holding classes at Hyperbaric Health and Spa until spring. At that time, we’ll reassess based on interest.

This space may evolve along with me. Thank you for being here—stay tuned for what’s next ✨.
