I was asked by a couple of students at Harry Ainley if I could come into their classroom and do a demonstration of hypnosis. They were doing a presentation on using hypnosis for pain management and wanted an actual hypnotist to come in and hypnotize someone. I said “yes”, because why not! I did a quick demo with one of the students for some general stress release and hopefully enlightened a whole classroom of high school students about the power of the mind!

Sometimes things don't go as planned and it can be hard to accept what has to happen. Nicole was having some feelings that were not serving her as she anticipated her baby's birth. Through hypnosis, NLP and Multi-Channel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI) we helped her shift those feelings to be more positive and useful so she could prepare for her baby's birth with calm confidence instead.
