Authentic You Welcomes Zach Scivoletto to Our Team! 🌿👋

Now accepting NEW counselling clients starting Monday January 26 2026 ✨️

Zach didn’t take a straight line into psychology. He studied Police Studies and worked wildland firefighting in Peace River before choosing human connection as his path 🙏

He supported people facing homelessness, addiction, and unmet needs at The Mustard Seed community drop-in, then worked as a Behavioural Therapy Assistant with the Edmonton Catholic School District, helping youth of diverse ages and abilities.

Zach’s approach is grounded, warm, and relational. He meets you with curiosity and respect 🫶

He works with:
• Teens
• Adults
• Older adults

Zach supports concerns like:
• Anxiety and depression
• Trauma and relational wounds
• Addictions (substance and behavioural)
• Life transitions and identity work
• Stress and anger management
• Meaning, purpose, and self-understanding

He blends therapeutic modalities such as ACT, EMDR, MI, DBT, CBT, and SFBT with somatic, existential, and emotion-focused elements when helpful.

Zach's Availability for Counselling Sessions:
• Mondays and Wednesdays
• 9:00am – 4:00pm
