It was a 14 hour trip with a few headaches to get there - but Angkor Wat was epic. It was also interesting to observe alcohol in the Cambodian culture.

I’m finally used to the time change (~12 hours) and feel like myself after dialling in my self-care routines. I’ve been swimming, exercising, reading, and attending some online addiction support groups for the first time...

What a story! I’ve been a big fan of Chris Kirk since learning about his battles with alcohol use disorder. Awesome to see him get a win last season and now recognized with the PGA Tour Courage Award!

Lots in this video I connect to. Drinking alone in a hotel room. Wondering, “am I an alcoholic?” Attempts to quit on my own followed by wild binges. It takes courage to reach out for help.
