After 7.5 incredible years with AdaptAbilities, we are celebrating Bianca Luu as she steps into an exciting new chapter as a fully certified Occupational Therapist.

Bianca joined our team while completing her Master’s in Occupational Therapy and has grown alongside us ever since. Over the years, she balanced her studies with meaningful, hands-on work supporting individuals and families in our programs, and has left a lasting impact through her compassion, consistency, and care.

Her journey reflects the kind of dedication we are proud to see within our team, people who grow their careers while making a real difference in the community every day.

Bianca shared:
"After 7.5 years with AdaptAbilities, I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities, experiences, and relationships I’ve built during my time here. The work has been meaningful to me, and I truly appreciate the support from the team over the years."

We are incredibly proud of Bianca and grateful for everything she has contributed. As she moves forward in her career, her journey also reflects something intentional for us: we are committed to creating meaningful opportunities for students and emerging professionals who share similar goals, to learn, grow, and build their careers in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Thank you, Bianca. You will always be part of the AdaptAbilities story.

🌟 Happy National Volunteer Week! 🌟

At AdaptAbilities, we consider our volunteers to be an integral part of the AdaptAbilities family. 💙

Without your support, we wouldn’t be able to provide our participants and their families with the safe, caring, and inclusive environment they need to grow, succeed, and belong.

We are so grateful for the time, energy, and heart our volunteers bring into everything they do. 💫

We’re always looking for new volunteers to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others!

✨ Three volunteers who recently volunteered with AdaptAbilities have shared their experiences and what it meant to them. 💬

Administrative roles are constantly shifting and growing, and it takes exceptional people to stay ahead of it all while keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

To Kellie and Lisa—our outstanding administrative stars—thank you for your commitment, your energy, and the countless ways you keep everything organized and on track. We truly appreciate all that you do.

Wishing you both a very Happy Administrative Professionals Day! 💙🧡

I’m glad my office and I were able to help facilitate federal funding for dozens of worthy organizations in our federal riding of Edmonton Griesbach so they could hire summer students, providing many youth their very first jobs.

Kudos to the organizations giving these young people valuable experiences.

They include:
Nebula Academy
Awards Unlimited
CapitalCare
AdaptAbilities
Don'ya Ukraine’s Kitchen
Action for Healthy Communities Society of Alberta
