Feeling dizzy or off-balance? 🌀

Yes, physiotherapy can help with vestibular issues and vertigo! 💪
We use infrared goggles for accurate diagnosis and treatment of your vertigo symptoms.

What are some causes of vertigo?

Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) – caused by tiny crystals in your inner ear shifting position.

Meniere’s Disease – a condition that affects the inner ear and causes episodes of vertigo.

Vestibular Neuritis – an inner ear infection that leads to dizziness.

Head Injuries – trauma to the head can disrupt balance.

Migraines – can trigger episodes of vertigo.

Other underlying conditions – such as stroke, brain tumors, or ear infections.

Give us a shout to learn more about how physiotherapy can help.

Your knee joint is more than just a hinge that bends and straightens: it connects your hip and leg to allow for twisting movements to happen safely during walking and running.

Did you know? 👇

It’s also the largest joint in the body! Here’s what you may feel when any of these structures are injured:

Meniscus: difficulty straightening the leg, crouching down, knee often gets stuck

Ligaments: twinges during twisting, quick movements, sustained postures, knee wants to buckle

Bursa: difficulty kneeling, crouching, pockets of swelling during the day

Cartilage: crunching noises during stair climbing & crouching movements

If you are experiencing knee pain, visit us to discover the root cause of what’s happening so we can get you feeling better again.
