Join Us! Inquiring Hearts and Minds is a three-part dialogue series creating space to reflect on compassion—what it is, how to live it, and how it can bring change in everyday life.

Hosted by Philip Naude, Audrey Stuckey and Deena Martin this series seeks to explore the meaning and practice of compassion—for others and for ourselves. Through gentle meditation, reflective teaching, and open dialogue, we’ll dispel common myths, build practical tools for staying grounded in difficult times, and reconnect with our capacity for care. Open to all—no prior experience with meditation or compassion-based practices is needed.

Please visit our website at: www.gsl-ab.ca to register, learn more about this new series and to read more about our wonderful facilitators! 🙏🏻♥️

The first session of this series starts on October 27th, 2025! Be sure to register soon!

We look forward to having you join us!
