It's 🎄 & I was working, squeezing in some last-minute clients at the spa before the end of the year. My first client early in the day has been my client for nearly a decade now, and they showed up with a surprise for me. Again, it was unexpected, but I'm thankful nonetheless.

When this buyer first contacted me inquiring about giving her pet some I admit I was a bit uncertain as I've never done on an animal before. But I didn't let my fear deter me & mustered the courage to do my utmost best in the hopes of connecting with her beloved pet - which I did, btw. But I sensed her pet wanting me to include my client in with the as well during the session, which I did since I felt they both needed it. Reading the buyer's feedback really made my day.
