Seafood Pasta

Shrimp
Clams
Olive oil
In a frying pan add oilve oil, saute onions, add shrimp , saute til shrimp & clams are cooked
In a pot of water add salt , cook pasta following pkg directions
Drain pasta add frying pan ingredients mix well add parmesian cheese.
1.5 cups of pasta = 2 starch, 1 protein, 1 fat.
