Try something RADICAL for your health

📺 Eat a meal without a screen
When you’re not distracted, your body switches into “rest-and-digest” mode, which helps your stomach do its job.

📞 Call a friend or family member on the phone
Humans bond through vocal cues, laughter, pauses, and warmth. Calls boost oxytocin—the “connection hormone”—which supports mood and lowers anxiety. Texting doesn’t have quite the same effect.

🚫 Most people aren’t getting enough fiber, only getting about HALF the fiber they need each day!

✅ Fiber keeps your gut happy, your heart healthy, and helps you feel full longer.

🌿 When increasing fiber intake, do so gradually to avoid gas. Make your goal to get to 30g per day

Try introducing fiber with each meal:
🥦 Veggies: broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes, peas
🍎 Fruits: apples, pears, berries, avocado
🌾 Whole grains: rolled oats, quinoa, barley, whole wheat bread
🥣 Legumes: lentils, chickpeas, black beans, kidney beans
🌻 Nuts & seeds: chia, flax, almonds, sunflower seeds

🏥 Our assistants will provide you with the intake form ahead of your appointment to complete in the comfort of your own home, optimizing your time with the doctor. No downloading or unnecessary paperwork!

💬 The consultation process is where you will feel listened to, not rushed. We will discuss your symptoms, habits, and daily activities to really understand how the issue affects your life.

🧠 We then provide a thorough physical assessment that includes a computerized posture screen, range of motion, thermography and surface electromyography (showing inflammation in tissues surrounding the spine, and muscular imbalances). X-rays may be recommended for further investigation.

💆 Then comes your first adjustment! If it’s safe to do so, our chiropractor will provide you with your first treatment, giving you the relief you’ve been looking for!

🧘‍♀️ A follow up appointment is typically recommended to check how your body responds and prescribe you with rehab exercises, stretches, posture tips, or how to ice/ heat properly with your current condition.
