Here are simple, realistic holiday tips to help you avoid stress

🗓️ 1. Plan one day at a time
Trying to plan the whole holiday season at once = overwhelming.
Just plan for tomorrow and go from there.

💬 2. Use the magic sentence
When someone asks you to do something you don’t have time for, say:
“I’d love to, but I can’t commit to that right now.”
Polite. Clear. Zero guilt.

🎁 3. Simplify gifts
Cozy socks, chocolates, local coffee, gift cards.
Everyone loves them + You stay sane.

🧴 4. Lower the bar (Seriously)
Perfect wrapping, perfect photos, perfect matching outfits… it doesn’t matter.
“Good enough” becomes magical when you stop pushing perfection.

😴 5. Sleep like it’s a gift
Go to bed 15 minutes earlier than usual.
It sounds small, but it makes you more resilient to stress.

Here are some simple, realistic ways to stay successful with your fitness goals during the holidays—without feeling deprived or overwhelmed:

🗓️ Schedule your workouts as non-negotiables
Get your steps in! Don’t skip workouts just because you have family time or an event. Even micro-workouts count.

🥗 Don’t show up hungry
Your brain goes into “energy emergency mode” and pushes you toward carbs, sweets, and rich holiday appetizers - you tend to overeat.

😴 Sleep well
Lack of sleep spikes cortisol, which can make fat loss harder!

💧 Drink water
When you're hydrated, you’re less likely to snack unnecessarily or overeat.

🍗 Build your plate around protein
If protein is your anchor, you fill your plate with intention instead of grabbing whatever looks good first.

👀 Keep your “why” visible
Having your goals in front of you will keep you focused and motivated. After all, the only one that can get in the way of your goals, is… you.

🏁 Don’t “start over on January 1st”
Keep going even if you missed a workout or had a BIG meal. Go to the gym the next day, get back on track with water and your nutrition. One big meal won’t ruin your progress. Keep going.

❤️ Be kind to yourself
Don’t beat yourself up over the holidays. The holidays are meant to be fun and celebrated around food, drinks, family, and friends. Keep your mind and heart on track.

Alcohol is calory dense, meaning your taking in “empty” calories that add up fast!

Skin health can be a sensitive topic, but we’re here to help!

❄️Hydrate from the inside out
Drink water regularly, throughout the day (not all at once). And choose foods that are rich in healthy fats like avocado, extra virgin olive oil, nuts, and fatty fish which all support your skin barrier. Remember, what you eat and drink really matters.

❄️Don’t overdo hot showers
Hot water strips natural oils. Stick to lukewarm showers and keep them under 10 minutes.

❄️Incorporate Magnesium Glycinate into your vitamin stack
