Here is the Delivery Menu for Saturday, November 29

Individual Meals $9 each, 5 for $43

🌱 Chickpea Salad and Focaccia- smashed chickpeas, vegan mayo, pickles and celery. Comes with a big chunk of focaccia so you can make a big ol’ sandwich.

🌱Scalloped Potatoes- layers of sliced potatoes and onions, bechamel and cheese.

🌱Lentil Bolognese Spaghetti- delicious blend of spices, veggies, lentils, spaghetti and cheese.

🌱Chana Masala and Basmati- tomato chickpea curry served alongside rice. GF, wfpb, no oil.

🌱French Onion Soup- caramelized onions, rich broth and wine. GF

🌱Tomato Macaroni Soup- just like Nana used to make.

Family Meals $25 each, 5 for $110. Serves 3-4.

🌱Chickpea Salad and Focaccia- enough for 6 huge sandwiches.
🌱Scalloped Potatoes- cooked, ready to heat. Serves 6+

Good morning friends!

I’ll be posting the menu for Saturday November 29 in a few minutes.

But first I wanted to tell you about the Holiday Menu.
Menu for Dec 20 AND the Holiday Menu will be posted together on Sunday, December 14.
Delivery for the regular menu will be Dec 20.
Delivery for the Holiday Menu will be Dec 23.

I’ll open up the delivery area to include Acheson, all of St Albert and all of Edmonton for delivery on December 20 and December 23.

Here is the menu for Saturday, November 15! 🌱

Individual Meals $9 each, 5 for $43
Family Meals $25 each, 5 for $110
*Soup for 5 Family Meals = 2 litres, mix and match if you like.

1. Chipotle Bowl- roasted sweet potatoes, spiced black beans and rice, corn & jalapeños with a side of homemade peach salsa and a side of chipotle cream. GF, no oil. Family version is 2 extra large containers-4 servings.
2. Roasted Carrot Soup- creamy blend of carrots and red lentils mildly flavoured with Madras Curry and fenugreek. GF, wfpb, contains olive oil.
3. Potato Curry- tender potatoes and spinach in a mild coconut curry sauce. GF, wfpb, no oil.
4. Borscht- scarlet red soup with beets, green beans, carrots and fresh dill. GF, wfpb, no oil.
5. 3 Bean Chili and Cornbread- chickpeas, kidney beans, black beans and tomatoes spiced just right. Comes with a side of moist cornbread. Family size comes with cornbread for 4. Corn contains gluten and oil.
6. Goulash- just like ground, vegan cheese, macaroni, peppers and tomatoes. Contains gluten, no oil.
7. Cornbread is also available as an extra this week. It’s slightly sweet and absolutely delicious as is or toasted. 8x8 pan $15. Contains gluten.

Who wants cake? I’m going to start baking more and would love to challenge myself! Individual cakes in pretty boxes sounds like a good start. I hope you’ll enjoy them!

Delivery menu for Saturday, November 1

Individual Meals $9 each, 5 for $43.
Family Meals $25 each, 5 for $110.

1. Curry Lentil Rice: Green lentils, cherry tomatoes, baby corn, peppers and curried rice. Gluten friendly, no oil, wfpb.

2. Creamy Sun Dried Tomato Pasta: garlic, onions and tomatoes sautéed with vegan butter, combined with a splash of coconut milk and plenty of vegan cheese over pasta.

3. Quinoa Kale Salad: dried, cranberries, kale, peppers topped with almonds and a delicious, sweet-and-sour sauce on the side. Gluten friendly, contains olive oil.

4. Peanut Noodles and Tofu: crispy tofu, broccoli and sweet peppers tossed with peanut dressing. Gluten friendly, wfpb. Contains peanuts. Eat heated or cold.

5. Vegetable Orzo Soup: , carrots, celery, onions, tomatoes, potatoes, and orzo in an aromatic broth. Wfpb.

6. Summer Corn Chowder: sweet corn and potato chowder with celery, onions, red peppers. Gluten friendly, wfpb.

Hey hey friends! Here is the Delivery Menu for Saturday, October 18.

Individual Meals $9 each, 5 for $43

1. Chili Mac- thick meaty chili with a side of creamy Mac & Cheese.
2. Taco Penne- zesty Mexican inspired sauce and pasta.
3. Green Thai Curry- green Thai curry sauce, tofu, green beans, peppers over rice. GF, no oil. A favourite!
4. Mushroom Rice Casserole- mushrooms, broccoli and rice in a creamy sauce. GF, no oil. Very comforting
5. Autumn Wild Rice Soup- sweet potatoes, kale, mushrooms and rice in a creamy broth. GF, no oil. Delish! 500 ml
6. Tomato Thai Soup- mildly spiced and a little sweet creamy tomato soup. Perfect with garlic rolls! (See below 👇🏼) GF, no oil. 500 ml

Family Meals $25 each, 5 for $110
