Individual Meals $9 each, 5 for $43

🌱 Tomato Gnocchi: simple yet delicious. Tender potato pasta and slow simmered marinara. Contains gluten.

🌱 Red Thai Ramen: rice noodles in red Thai curry broth with tofu, mini corn and peppers. GF, no oil, wfpb.

🌱 Sweet Potato Sausage Stew: Beyond sausage, sweet potatoes and kale crafted into the best tasting meal. GF.

🌱 Sun Dried Tomato Penne: creamy tomato sauce over al dente pasta. No oil, wfpb. Contains gluten.

🌱 Dal and Coconut Rice: red lentils with warm spices perfect for the minus a billion temps we’re going to have over the holidays. GF, no oil, wfpb.

🌱 Mediterranean Vegetable Soup: tons of veggies, ditali pasta and potatoes. Add a slice of bread and you’re in heaven. Wfpb, no oil. Contains gluten.

🌱 Thai Noodle Soup: Thai curry broth with rice vermicelli, greens, mini corn and peppers. GF, no oil, wfpb.

🌱 Creamy Mushroom Soup: comfort in a bowl. Contains gluten.

🌱 Teriyaki Tofu: baked tofu and homemade Teriyaki sauce over fluffy rice. GF, no oil, wfpb.

🌱 Twice Baked Potatoes: potatoes twice baked with vegan cheddar and green onions. Comes with sour cream. Meal in a bowl. GF.

🌱 Baked White Lasagna: layers of noodles, spinach, smashed white beans, bechamel and cheese. Baked with more cheese. Contains gluten.

But first…just a reminder to leave out a box, bag or any container large enough for your order. I’ll provide a box if needed. If you’ve previously had trader bags please leave them out Saturday mornings. If you’ve misplaced them let me know and I’ll happily replace them! If you’d like to start using trader bags let me know. 💼

Individual Meals $9 each, $43 for 5

🌱 White Bean Kale Soup: tomato based broth with vegetables, white beans, fresh kale and sun dried tomatoes. GF, no oil, wfpb.

🌱 Ginger Lentil Soup: warm spices, carrots, celery, onions and red lentils blended into a delicious soup. GF, no oil, wfpb.

🌱 Coconut Lime Chickpeas: creamy lime coconut sauce over chickpeas and rice. GF, no oil, wfpb. Family size comes with separate container of rice.

🌱 Bombay Potatoes: tender potatoes, chickpeas, tomatoes and spinach spiced with 10 herbs and spices, finished with coconut milk. GF, no oil, wfpb. Requested often 😘

🌱 Creamy Mushroom Penne: sauce made with mushrooms, coconut milk, soy milk, nutritional yeast, cheese and lots of herbs and spices. Contains gluten, no oil.

🌱Red Beans and Rice: my spin on this Louisiana staple. Beans, peppers, onions and rice slow cooked with Cajun seasonings. Roasted potatoes replace the andouille sausage. A very satisfying meal. GF.

🌱 Crumble Bars: these are great for breakfast or dessert. Sweet oat base, homemade fruit compote in the middle then topped with a crumble and baked. Just enough sweetness. Enough to share but you won’t want to 😉
$5 per bar or 4 for $18. Contains gluten and vegan butter. Choose cherry or blueberry.

🌱 Chickpea Salad and Focaccia- smashed chickpeas, vegan mayo, pickles and celery. Comes with a big chunk of focaccia so you can make a big ol’ sandwich.

🌱Scalloped Potatoes- layers of sliced potatoes and onions, bechamel and cheese.

🌱Lentil Bolognese Spaghetti- delicious blend of spices, veggies, lentils, spaghetti and cheese.

🌱Chana Masala and Basmati- tomato chickpea curry served alongside rice. GF, wfpb, no oil.

🌱French Onion Soup- caramelized onions, rich broth and wine. GF

🌱Tomato Macaroni Soup- just like Nana used to make.

Family Meals $25 each, 5 for $110. Serves 3-4.

Good morning friends!

I’ll be posting the menu for Saturday November 29 in a few minutes.

But first I wanted to tell you about the Holiday Menu.
Menu for Dec 20 AND the Holiday Menu will be posted together on Sunday, December 14.
Delivery for the regular menu will be Dec 20.
Delivery for the Holiday Menu will be Dec 23.

I’ll open up the delivery area to include Acheson, all of St Albert and all of Edmonton for delivery on December 20 and December 23.

Here is the menu for Saturday, November 15! 🌱

Individual Meals $9 each, 5 for $43
Family Meals $25 each, 5 for $110
*Soup for 5 Family Meals = 2 litres, mix and match if you like.

1. Chipotle Bowl- roasted sweet potatoes, spiced black beans and rice, corn & jalapeños with a side of homemade peach salsa and a side of chipotle cream. GF, no oil. Family version is 2 extra large containers-4 servings.
2. Roasted Carrot Soup- creamy blend of carrots and red lentils mildly flavoured with Madras Curry and fenugreek. GF, wfpb, contains olive oil.
3. Potato Curry- tender potatoes and spinach in a mild coconut curry sauce. GF, wfpb, no oil.
4. Borscht- scarlet red soup with beets, green beans, carrots and fresh dill. GF, wfpb, no oil.
5. 3 Bean Chili and Cornbread- chickpeas, kidney beans, black beans and tomatoes spiced just right. Comes with a side of moist cornbread. Family size comes with cornbread for 4. Corn contains gluten and oil.
6. Goulash- just like ground, vegan cheese, macaroni, peppers and tomatoes. Contains gluten, no oil.
7. Cornbread is also available as an extra this week. It’s slightly sweet and absolutely delicious as is or toasted. 8x8 pan $15. Contains gluten.
