Here is the Delivery Menu for Saturday, April 18

Individual Meals $9 each, 5 for $43.
Family Meals $25 each, 5 for $115
*2 litres of soup for family size. Mix and match.

Everything is 100% vegan! Almost everything is oil free and I use minimal salt. Family size meals serve 2-3 and baked meals like Scalloped Potatoes serve 6.

1. Summer Corn Chowder: corn, peppers and potatoes in a creamy broth. GF

2. Lentil Potato Soup: green lentils, carrots and potatoes with curry spices and a splash of lemon. GF

3. Scalloped Potatoes: layers of sliced potatoes and cream sauce topped with cheese and baked.

4. Tofu Dan Dan Noodles: spicy (3/5) Dan Dan noodles and veg topped with tofu crumbles. GF. Contains sesame and peanuts.

5. Coconut Lime Chickpeas : tender chickpeas in a slightly tangy coconut lime sauce over rice. Family size comes with separate container of rice. GF

6. Chili Mac: a side of meaty chili and a side of Mac and Cheese.

Minimum $40 for delivery. Email abuck15@gmail.com to order. If it’s your first time please send me your address first. Pay via etransfer after I confirm. Delivery available to St Albert and most of Edmonton. Kindly leave a bag, cooler or box out for your order. Once this preorder closes I’ll post above. Thanks! 😁

Good morning friends! I’m excited for this week’s preorder. Food I love to cook and finally a Soulful Bowl!
Every meal is always plant based/vegan. Free delivery right to your home. Order a few or a lot!

Here is the Delivery Menu for Saturday, April 11

Individual Meals $9 each, 5 for $43
Family Meals $25 each, 5 for $110

1. Spaghetti and Lentil Bolognese: red lentil tomato sauce and pasta topped with cheese.
2. Southwestern Rice: black beans, peppers, onions, tomatoes, corn, spices and rice. GF
3. Kidney Bean Curry and Rice: kidney beans cooked from scratch with warm spices and rice on the side. Family size comes with separate container of rice. GF
4. Soulful Bowl: a box actually 😉 carrots, banana peppers, red cabbage, quinoa, dill pickle hummus, and cherry tomatoes on a bed of greens. Comes with a side of my Omega dressing. Family size = 2 x-large servings GF
5. Tomato Macaroni Soup: tomatoes, coconut milk, garlic, herbs, onions snd macaroni.
6. Creamy Mushroom Soup: coconut and soy milk base with lots of mushrooms and onions. GF.

Delivery April 11.
Please leave a container on your doorstep for your order. Minimum $40 for delivery. Order by responding to this email then etransfer to abuck15@gmail.com before delivery. This preorder closes tomorrow morning at 9 or sooner if I sell out.

Here is the Delivery Menu for Saturday, April 4

💚 Individual Meals $9 each, 5 for $43

💚 Family Meals $25 each, 5 for $110
Serves 2-3.
Mix and match soup = 2 litres

1. BBQ Meatloaf Dinner: lentil and veggie loaf roasted with homemade BBQ sauce. Comes with roast potatoes and corn. Family size = 2 large servings. Great to take along to any gathering.

2. Chana Masala: chickpea and tomato curry with basmati. Family size comes with separate container of rice. GF. No oil.

3. Creamy Mushroom Alfredo: penne in plant based cheesy mushroom cream sauce. Contains cashews and gluten.

4. Mediterranean Chickpea Salad: chickpeas, quinoa, cranberries, peppers and almonds. Comes with in a tangy maple vinaigrette. GF.

5. Autumn Wild Rice Soup: sweet potatoes, carrots, peppers, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and more. Comfort food 💛 GF. No oil.

6. Tomato Thai Soup: Thai curry spiced creamy tomato soup. GF. No oil. No.

Your order will be left on your doorstep Saturday, April 4. Kindly leave out a bag, box or other container to put your order in.

So…I’ve decided to start posting my preorder menu again starting this Sunday!!

Good morning friends!

Here is the delivery schedule for the next few weeks:
April 4, 11, 18 and 26. I will be in New Brunswick April 27 until May 8.
When I return I hope to go back to a weekly schedule. I’m feeling much stronger! (Thanks to the Gla:d Program)

Some news. 🙏🏼 And an update.

I’ve gotten so overwhelmed with orders that working is affecting my body again. As some of you know I received the life changing gift of a new titanium hip in 2024.
I’m going to listen to my body and slow down for now. I’d love to continue to help you with meals so I’ve decided to stop posting menus on my social media pages and switch to sending the menu via email. If you’ve ordered recently and would like to be on this email list, please let me know abuck15@gmail.com. This will allow me to rest and maintain my health. Thank you for understanding ❤️

🌱 Tahini Miso Noodles with Tofu: baked tofu crumbles with rice noodles, bok choy and peppers in spicy (3/5) tahini miso broth to die for. GF serves 3

🌱 Dal and Coconut Rice; red lentil tomato curry with a side of rice. GF.

🌱 Taco Penne: noodles and lots of meaty tomato sauce.

🌱 Teriyaki Tofu: marinated tofu, rice and peppers in homemade Teriyaki sauce. GF.

🌱 Potato Corn Chowder: creamy soup with celery, peppers, corn and potatoes. GF.

🌱 Black Bean Soup: vegetables, tomatoes, black beans and chipotle with a lime garnish. Comes with cilantro. Let me know if you’d prefer I leave it out. GF.

Chili Mac: my most requested meal! Meaty chili and old fashioned mac & cheese.

Lasagna: layers of noodles, spinach, marinara and bechamel topped with cheese. Cooked and ready to heat.

Cheesy Broccoli Rice: delicious creamy casserole with rice, mushrooms, broccoli, celery and cheese. Ready to heat. GF.

Dill Pickle Soup: Rich soup with pickles and potatoes. GF.

Tomato Macaroni Soup: old fashioned tomato soup with macaroni.

Potato Curry: potatoes slow cooked in a tomato curry with a side of rice. GF.

Here is your January Delivery Schedule!
Mark your calendars for January 10, 17, and 31. Menus will go live every Sunday morning before delivery on Saturdays.

A few wee changes are coming in 2026, but don’t worry, prices are staying the same! 😁

Starting after January 17, I’ll be posting menus every 2 weeks with 6+ options. That means you can stock up and freeze for the weeks I’m not delivering.
