AWV is proud to to be soon launching one of its latest and unique mixed use projects upcoming in the north west area of Edmonton. This project has approximately 15000 square feet of commercial and retail space on the main floor and, 15 high end luxurious two storey apartments above the commercial space. Each apartment is going to be two bedrooms plus den comprising of approximately 1400 square feet of pure sprawling luxury.

We are happy to report that we have broken ground and construction is in full swing on this project. We are anticipating completion by summer of 2019. Stay tuned for updates.
