It’s not a new stretch… just done better.

A couple small changes:
• Less load through the front leg
• Bend + straighten the back knee
Details matter 👌

This is a common scar presentation after hand surgery—thick, firm, and limiting movement.

With the right approach (like elastomer), we can help guide how that tissue heals.

Because good rehab doesn’t stop when the incision closes.

If your recovery feels like it’s plateaued, we can help.

This isn’t just stretching… and it’s not just physio either.
It’s the space in between — where we restore movement, reduce stiffness, and actually help your body work properly again.

Some people need treatment.
Some people need guided stretching.
Most people need a bit of both.

That’s what we do here.

There’s no one “perfect” way to move.
But having the strength and mobility to get up from the floor without using your hands?
That’s a pretty good sign your body is working well.
Different strategies. Same goal — stay strong, stay capable.
Because strength and mobility aren’t just about performance…
they’re about independence.

POV: you stopped blaming your neck… and started moving your upper back 👀

Thoracic mobility = less strain on your neck ✔️

Try this and feel the difference.

Quick test:
If your neck always feels tight, weak deep neck flexors might be part of the problem.
Try this activation exercise to help support your cervical spine.

One of the most overlooked muscles for neck pain:
➡️ Deep neck flexors

When they’re not doing their job, other neck muscles tighten up trying to help.
This exercise helps switch them back on.

✔️ Great for desk workers
✔️ Stiff necks
✔️ Postural strain

I'm sure somebody will have a smart reason why this worked lol

Do you even know if your thumb needs stretching?

A lot of people are told to stretch — but not everyone actually needs it.

Here are a few things I look for when deciding if a thumb would benefit from more mobility.

Quick physio tip from the car 🚗
Small posture changes while driving can make a big difference for your neck, shoulders, and back over time.

(If you spend 30 minutes driving, that's potentially a lot of micro strains on your body, so let's make it more efficient and less work!)

Tennis elbow isn’t really about the elbow.
It’s usually overload of the wrist extensor tendons — the muscles that help you grip, lift, type, and carry.

This exercise helps:
✔️ Build tendon capacity
✔️ Reduce pain sensitivity
✔️ Improve load tolerance

The key?
Slow. Controlled. Consistent.
If you feel pain on the outside of your elbow when gripping or lifting — this is for you.
And remember: tendons don’t love random stretching.
They love progressive loading.

Save this and try it 3–4x/week 🤍
