“Infrared sauna after exercise increases cardiovascular strain and activates heat shock proteins invoiced in recovery and endurance. Studies are showing that these together improves aerobic capacity and cardio performance more than just training alone, 15 minutes of sauna after exercise can triple fitness gains.” -

Snuggled into the heart of Downtown Edmonton, overlooking Jasper Avenue, we’re here to offer game changing fitness classes in Cycle, Row & Yoga. Hive is more than just a studio, it’s a place for you to call your home away from home. A community of like-minded goal getters all after one thing: that post-sweat euphoria. We understand that fitness is more than just about the body, it’s about the mind too. We believe in high heart rates, rest days, balance and becoming a part of a tribe that you never you knew needed.

Our class schedule varies quite a bit from day-to-day allowing you to switch up your routine often. Throughout the week you can find a variation of our classic Cycle, Row, and Yoga classes that we specialize in along with a few other combination style of classes. Our Row classes include three different versions; Row, Row Encore and Row & Flow. Row offers a killer full-body variety with rowing and body weight exercises off the machines, while Row Encore is high intensity cardio on the row machines for the first 30 minutes followed by a core burning finisher, lastly Row & Flow is the best of both worlds with 30 minutes of high intensity rowing followed by 30 minutes of a yoga flow class. Our Cycle classes are one style and are 45-minutes of ride together, music focused, intense cardio, except on Sunday nights when you can partake in our 1 hour Legacy Ride. Finally, our two styles of Yoga include Flex & Flow, a unique take on a traditional flow class that incorporates weights for additional strength training, and Revive and Restore, the only non-intense class on our schedule that focuses on slowing down and stretching deep into your muscles in a warmer candlelit room.

We’ve got everything you need, all you have to do is show up ready to sweat.
