What 75 minutes of cupping can do …

Cupping therapy works by creating negative pressure that gently lifts the skin and underlying tissue. This decompression allows restricted fascia and tight muscles to release, while increasing local blood and lymphatic flow.

In a 75-minute session, the body has enough time to respond on a deeper level, which may help:

It’s wild to think how much can change in a year. 🥹🥹

What started as a simple dream — just me, a table, and a vision to help people feel better — has now grown into RHE Studio: a space built from passion, healing, and endless growth.

From long days balancing clients, school, and a vision I wasn’t sure I could pull off… to now offering not just massage therapy, but full wellness and beauty services — it still feels surreal.

💋 Brow and lash services opened doors to creativity and confidence.
