Meet Nicolette Dalupang our awesome Manager of Benefit Services. Nicolette leads the Member Benefit Services and Client Care teams, creating supportive and positive experiences for both members and staff. She’s known for her service-driven approach and her commitment to member well-being.

Outside of work, Nicolette enjoys time with her children and grandson, Latin dance, fitness classes, and her new hobby fishing. She also loves comedy shows, concerts, and anything that brings joy and movement into her life.
