🚨 **URGENT: Volunteers Needed – Avonmore Community League Casino** 🚨

We are in immediate need of **2 volunteers** for our upcoming casino event at Grand Villa Casino, and we can’t run it without your help.

🗓 **Shifts needing coverage:**
• April 15/2026: 11:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Count Room)
• April 16/2026: 8:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Cashier)

Love staying organized? Want to meet your neighbours and help shape the Avonmore community? We’ve got the perfect role for you!

✨ What you’ll do:
• Join our monthly board meetings and take notes
• Help keep things running smoothly with agendas & minutes
• Keep our records organized
• Support communication between board members
• Help out with AGM prep

⏰ Time commitment: About 3–6 hours/month

💡 You’re a great fit if you:
• Like being organized and detail-oriented
• Communicate clearly and enjoy working with others
• Have basic computer skills (email, Word/Google Docs)

📅 Term: 2-year volunteer position (renewable)
