March is here and oh baby spring is on the horizon 🌱😭
This month we’re stepping into a new sequence focused on the back of our bodies! The back body is what supports us all day long. It keeps us upright and plays a huge role in posture and stability.
We’ll build strength and awareness along the back line from the soles of the feet up through the calves, hamstrings, glutes, and spine. This work helps improve posture, reduce tension from sitting, and create a stronger, more grounded foundation as we move into the higher energy of spring.
If you’ve been feeling tight, tired, or a little unsteady, this is a great month to reset. The perfect rinse out as we transition out of the colder, darker months!
