Fear is just part of the game.
You don’t eliminate it, you learn how to control it.

Once you understand that, it starts to feel like riding a wave.
At first it’s unpredictable, even overwhelming… but with time, you learn how to stay balanced.

You stop fighting it.

And in that moment, you’re in control, not because the fear is gone, but because it no longer controls you.

That’s when your mind is sharp, and everything feels locked in.

Fight camp is never a solo mission.

There’s a difference between passive rest and active recovery.

Complete inactivity can actually increase stiffness and delay recovery for many athletes.

Low-intensity movement:
• Enhances circulation
• Supports tissue repair
• Maintains mobility
• Regulates the nervous system

A proper rest day doesn’t require you to do nothing.
It requires you to reduce intensity.

Train with intention.
