Our Sacred Temple I've been a passionate registered massage therapist for 10 years because I love to help other feel their best both inside and out.

I truly find joy in helping you feel rejuvenated and relaxed so every treatment ends with an essential oil face and scalp massage, and a heated table always adds that comfy cozy atmosphere. I specialize in Pregnancy and Youth Massage and teach Infant Massage to new parents or even grandparents. My love of energy work as a Reiki Master allows me to channel whatever beautiful energy you need from universal source directly into you. It can help with pain, emotional imbalance, and many types of healing for the body and spirit so you can function at a higher capacity. Sometimes our physical pain is not physical at all but very emotional and or spiritual. I offer intuitive psychic work, card or rune readings, balancing chakras, and sharing with my clients anything I learn in the process. Channeling messages, clairvoyance, clairaudience and universal energy is something I've done naturally my whole life, so I'm excited to be bringing it to you in these very special sessions or combination sessions-lets chat about what you feel is going on and how I can help! Excited to try some new Collagen from by Drew Taddia and crew!! If you've never tried their products(their are a local family alberta based business!), this is a huge shout out, their Magnesium is by far my #1 product and a must take daily no matter what!

I haven't talked about my journey with adhd but this product is a huge help along with many others, I also use a few in my massage practice at home, magnesium soray and rubs being one of them!

And I'm super stoked to try their new organic Collagen!! Keep you all posted when it arrives!!

Just a quick note ~ I've setup my schedule to May, so feel free to take a peak and book your favorite spots.

There is also a great tool called 'Add yourself to Cherise's wait list', I've noticed a few people using it this year and it's a great way to potentially get in when the system says I'm booked up.

I will be taking a massage face lift course in April, so soon to be offering that and it will be covered under benefits as massage therapy!
