The main floor can be rented as one large space (double office charge) or divided into two areas tailored to your preferences. The upper floor North office offers an inner and outer area, perfect for setting up a private workspace along with a receptionist setup.
Enjoy access to shared common areas like two main floor waiting rooms, a kitchen, a second-floor washroom, and parking (street/back). Your rental includes property taxes, utilities, tenant Wi-Fi, Shaw GO Wi-Fi for visitors, and yard care.
