This is one of my favorite questions to have my students ask themselves every single day: and there’s a reason for it.
When we’re beginning a shift (new life, new habits, new business, new identity), holding the entire vision at once can overwhelm the nervous system.
When we try to blueprint the whole path before taking the first step:
We tense up.
We freeze.
We procrastinate.
But one small act?
One dial adjusted?
One choice that moves the needle 1%?
That’s approachable.
That’s doable.
That’s how momentum is built.
And here’s the part most people miss:
You don’t quantum leap by burning your life down.
You leap by stacking tiny, aligned actions that quietly compound into a reality you barely recognize six months later.
So it's time to ask yourself: What’s the one thing I can do today that brings me closer to where I want to be tomorrow?
