Thanks to the incredible support and hands-on effort from the IKEA team, all of the bedrooms at McDougall House have been refreshed with new furniture, practical storage, and thoughtful design. What may look like simple upgrades are powerful reminders that every woman deserves comfort, stability, and a space she can truly call her own.

These rooms now offer more than just a place to sleep. They provide an environment that supports healing, independence, and new beginnings. 💙 We’re also grateful to Cubeit, who donated the storage bin that allowed us to safely store the furniture on site throughout the installation.

Thank you again to IKEA Edmonton and their incredible volunteers, and to Cubeit, for helping make these spaces more comfortable, functional, and dignified for the women we serve.
