The Wellness Junkies brings together 4 aspects of wellness in one spot! We have a ton of fun while What is “The Wellness Junkies”, you ask?

Okay, here’s a short story for you. Once upon a time, there was a year called 2020. It was a crazy, messed up year which saw the fitness studio I co-owned (Fit On 45th) close it’s doors. But, the people still wanted fitness classes. They wanted new recipe ideas. They wanted to continue to take care of themselves. And most of all, they wanted to keep feeling connected. So, The Wellness Junkies was born to give the people what they want.

Happy Birthday to the one that has been making our Saturday mornings so FUN since 2019!! Best decision we ever made was to ask you to join our team and take over our High classes. You are a truly amazing instructor and even better human and I know I speak for the whole WJ community when I say we are so incredibly lucky to have you in our lives!! Wishing you the best day and happiest, most fulfilling year ahead. Thank you for all you do - we love you 🥂❤️

Hola Junkies! It’s been a lovely week wrapped in the warmth and gorgeous surroundings of one of our favourite places on earth…but…our time has ended and we are on our way home. A reminder that personal training and classes resume tomorrow (Tuesday) and I’m looking forward to seeing you all!

It’s time!! The workouts you’ve all been waiting for! Last week of classes (well, last 4 days) means it’s time for the 12 days of Christmas workouts 🎄classes are pretty full this week but Thursday evening has room if you need to make up a class before the end of the session. That also means we have lots of people on waitlists so please remember to cancel out if you can’t make it. And CHECK YOU EMAIL for details on next session. Let’s do this!! 🎅🏻

Hey hey! Hope you all had a fantastic long weekend and spent time enjoying family and friends (or even a little alone time if that’s what fills your cup). After a long (but thankfully uneventful) day of travel, I am home from a beautiful vacation with beautiful people that has left me full of lifetime memories and gratefulness.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ

My friends…I am so very lucky to have you in my life. We may have met because you were looking for a space to start or continue your wellness journey, but what has happened is so much more than that. The friendships between us all have naturally grown and are truly the most special and valuable part of this entire community. I wanted to take a moment to THANK YOU…for first giving me your trust and then allowing that to flourish into such a priceless connection between us. I am grateful, thankful and do not take all of this for granted. You are loved and appreciated ❤️

Hi guys! Just checking in to let you know I’m missing seeing you at the studio and all the treats, scratches and snuggles I get. My mom thought you might be missing me too so just in case, here is a picture of me to hold you over until next week. I hope you’ve been doing your pushups and planks - don’t forget to mark off your sheets and post to your stories (tag ) so she can add you to the draw. It was a lovely weekend celebrating my big brother and sister in law’s marriage…spending time with the people you love the most is absolutely priceless. Now it’s time for me and my number one to go exploring…🇵🇹🇬🇧
