Winter is coming and in preparation for the snowy and slippery season, Montrose Community League is hosting a Winter Wellness Event!

Hightlights:

- Focused on Senior strength and wellness
- A functional movement, fall prevention presentation from: Flarefitness.ca and Tonia Leske
- Door Prizes
- Community Building
- A chance to meet neighbors and volunteers to help with snow removal
