We were proud to host Mariel Lariosa and Felix Duane from Sangha Operating Group Inc. this past Monday for an employer talk with job seekers at Employabilities for the Learn 2 Earn, Strive 4 Work, Restart Your Career and Launch Point programs.
As the largest McDonald’s franchise owner in Canada, with locations across Edmonton, Leduc, Nisku, Beaumont, and Devon, Sangha Operating Group continues to show what workplace culture can look like when it is built on care, clarity, coaching, and real opportunity.
One message that really stayed with our group was that micro decisions matter; they set the tone for the day, and your actions ultimately shape what you can achieve. That message, along with the discussion around structure, growth, and long-term opportunity, strongly resonated with our job seekers.
What continues to stand out to us is their people-first leadership, clear communication, and genuine commitment to helping youth and young adults build confidence, skills, and momentum at work. We are also seeing that impact firsthand through our client Tanya-Lee, who has shared how much she enjoys her role and how supported she feels by the team.
A sincere thank you to Mariel and Felix for representing an employer culture that is truly worth celebrating.
We are proud to partner with Sangha Operating Group and grateful for the time, insight, and encouragement they shared with our job seekers.
