✨ S E L F C A R E ✨This past week I was able to take a pause. A moment to ground & regulate my nervous system. The slower pace has given me moments of self reflection.
We tend to glorify being busy. Always having something to do. Always rushing to the next task. Always saying yes.
Cultivating moments in your day & in your life to slow it down will help regulate your nervous system. Mental clarity & inner peace can occur in moments of stillness. Learning to say no & implement boundaries can help.
Rest is productive. Rest can offer a reset for your mind, body & soul. May you find moments of stillness in your day ❤️
