Mind Alive Inc. Mind Alive Inc. manufactures Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE)/Cranio-Electro Stimulation (CES) devices
(1)

manufactures a line of devices which enable the frequency of one's brainwaves to be self-modified via audio-visual stimulation, through a process called Entrainment. Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE) technology is based on the discovery that certain frequencies of light and sound have a tendency to alter the frequency of one's brainwaves. Slower frequencies have a relaxing effect on the brain, which is being used world-wide to calm anxiety, promote relaxation, enhance meditation, and help those struggling with insomnia. Likewise, if you speed up the rate of stimulation, you can actually sharpen the mind, boost depressed mood, increase energy levels and improve focus! Mind Alive Inc (MAI) was developed in 1981 by Dave & Nancy Siever. MAI is the leader in audio-visual entrainment (AVE) technology and has 18 published studies to its credit. MAI is also proactive in Cranio-electro Stimulation (CES) and transcranial DC Stimulation (tDCS). We are located at 6716 - 75 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 6T9, Canada. Behind the Technology – How AVE Works

Your brain naturally follows rhythm—here’s how we use that for wellness. 🧠✨

Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE) uses gentle, rhythmic light and sound to guide brain activity into supportive states like focused clarity, deep calm, or relaxed sleep prep. By matching the brain’s natural response to rhythm, AVE helps encourage balance when your mind needs it most.

Short days don’t have to mean low energy. 🌤️

Reduced daylight in winter can disrupt circadian rhythms, lower mood, and drain motivation. Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE) uses light and sound frequencies to help support healthy brainwave activity—encouraging focus, balance, and energy when your brain needs it most.

Winter wellness starts with brain health.

Friday Reset 🧠✨

By the end of the week, your brain has often spent days in high-alert, fast “beta” activity - great for productivity, but exhausting over time.

A true reset happens when the brain is guided into calmer states like alpha (relaxed focus) and theta (deep calm). This is where stress eases, clarity returns, and mental fatigue can finally lift.

Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE) uses rhythmic light and sound to gently guide the brain into these restorative patterns - helping you transition out of the workweek and into a more balanced weekend.

Give your mind the reset it deserves.

Dave Siever has added a new Cerebral Spinal Fluid (CSF) Circulate session to the Research category on the DAVID Premier. These sessions help our
glymphatic system clean our brain. This session uses the SMR frequency.

Sensorimotor rhythm (SMR) is an idling rhythm of the sensorimotor cortex. It typically spans the 12-15 Hz frequency range, with peak activity most often occurring around 13-14 Hz. When the body is physically still and the mind is calm but alert, SMR activity in the sensorimotor areas increases.

To update your firmware to v2.70 and download the new CSF session, go to https://mindalive.com/premier
